The radial extrusion main machine features a blue-yellow color scheme, with each functional area clearly marked. Function zones are distinguished by color, enabling operators to quickly and accurately identify control panels, feeding ports, extrusion forming zones, and other operational modules.
Additionally, our company's radial extrusion main machine is the only one in China adopting this full-frame structural design. The equipment undergoes virtually no deformation during long-term use. The matched power box, socket forming system, and bell forming system all adopt slide-rail movement.
This method offers reliable motion, long service life (only minor adjustment needed after one year of double-shift operation), and convenient later-stage adjustments (only need to adjust brass block clearance with set screws). The machine frame is equipped with various maintenance platforms for safe and convenient worker use.
Our company's radial extrusion equipment delivers high production efficiency. For DN300–1200 concrete pipes, the extrusion and forming typically takes only 2–3 minutes. Our customers' actual production output for DN300–DN500 pipes reaches 220 pieces (3 meters long) per single shift, with double-shift daily output reaching 1,320 meters.
Under suitable temperature conditions, steam curing is not required—natural moisturizing curing can be used instead, saving energy.

Under sunlight, the pipe inner walls are smooth as mirrors, and the outer walls feature flowing lines. Every detail reflects exquisite craftsmanship standards.

Before shipment, the key components of the equipment underwent multiple reinforcements and protective packaging to prevent damage during transport due to jolting. On-site Production of DN600 Micro-Jacking Pipe with Core-Lifting Process
The DN600 micro-jacking pipe was successfully produced in a single attempt. During this production, the equipment operated stably, all parameters were controlled within the ideal range, and the pipe body exhibited excellent forming quality and high dimensional accuracy, fully meeting the engineering design requirements.

The entire production process was carried out in an orderly manner, fully demonstrating the efficiency and precision of our company's core-lifting process in micro-jacking pipe production. This DN600 micro-jacking pipe production, from raw material input to pipe body forming, reduced the total cycle time by approximately 30% compared to traditional processes.

This is thanks to the unique integrated forming design of the core-lifting process, which reduces multiple tedious intermediate steps, allowing the equipment to operate at a stable, continuous rhythm with significantly increased output per unit time, providing solid support for the rapid advancement of the project.
The freshly produced concrete pipes are neatly arranged, with smooth and dense pipe surfaces free of any honeycombing, pitting, or other defects. The socket and bell end dimensions of each pipe meet production requirements, ensuring smooth and secure connections during subsequent construction.
